From Baltimore, MD - Take I-95S to Exit 22B-295S-BW Parkway to Washington.     Continue on 295S for five miles to Washington ramp to US 50W and travel     four and a half miles.  Bear right on L Street NW to Massachusetts     Avenue NW and turn right.  Stay in the right lane to Thomas Circle.
